Kick-start your weekend with the whole family at the World Science Festival Brisbane Robowars alumni family day out.

 

Robowars is a battle of skill, design, tactic, intelligence and raw robot power. Watch as custom-built robots clash in a series of electrifying battles at the South Bank Piazza for World Science Festival Brisbane 2024.

 

After Robowars we invite you and your family to join us for some hands on science activities at the City of Science. Explore interactive displays that will leave kids and science enthusiasts of all ages awestruck. This event sells out every year – don't miss out!

 

Date: Saturday 23 March 2024

Time: 9am for 9:30–11:30am

Program:

Location: South Bank Piazza, South Bank Parklands, Brisbane

Cost: $15 per person (adults at concession prices). Includes a hot drink redeemable at Denim Co Cafe and general admission into Robowars.

Travel: Parking can be difficult at South Bank. We recommend arriving early to allow plenty of time to make it to the Piazza for registration.

 

South Bank is accessible by citycat, ferry, bus and train. South Bank has two train stations, both conveniently located on Grey Street. South Bank is connected to Brisbane's Busway with buses departing regularly from South Bank and Cultural Centre Stations.

 

The South Bank Collective markets will be happening on Saturday 23 March so Little Stanley Street will be closed to traffic.
