Innovation in tourism with design thinking (in person 2-day course)

The University of Queensland is proudly partnering with Queensland Tourism Industry Council to bring you a suite of professional development courses tailored to the tourism and hospitality industry.

 

You will learn how to apply a Design Thinking methodology to address large and small business challenges in a seamless way. You’ll work through how to approach these problems, gather data, and ideate and test solutions. The Design Sprint session will urge you to 'learn by doing' and provide practical tools that can be used immediately to address a current problem within your organisation. This course also includes an exclusive one-on-one personal coaching session with Dr Ivano Bongiovanni.
