Faced with critical workforce shortages and mounting financial challenges, healthcare leaders are forced to urgently rethink how and where they deliver care.

In partnership with The University of Queensland, Philips is inviting you to join the official launch of the 2023 Philips Future Health Index report which examines the perspectives of Australian healthcare leaders and younger healthcare professionals on the future of healthcare delivery. The findings reveal that both groups share the same vision for the future: one in which health systems bring care closer to the patient – with AI, virtual care, cloud and other digital technologies empowering both staff and patients when and where it matters.

The event will begin with exclusive insights from the 2023 Future Health Index Australian report. A panel discussion featuring leading Australian healthcare experts will explore:

 • The role of technology in alleviating workforce challenges

 • Expanding access to care beyond hospital walls and closer to patients

 • Partnering across the healthcare sector to overcome barriers and seize new opportunities to create positive change
