Following a tragic accident, which seriously injured Queensland police officer Anita Rowland, took the life of her baby son Jet and left her other son Bailey wheelchair-bound, Anita and her husband Paul (also a Queensland Police Officer) have initiated a fundraising campaign to ensure monies are available to fund research into spinal cord injuries at the Queensland Brain Institute (QBI).
