About the Vice-Chancellor's Equity and Diversity Award

As part of The University of Queensland’s Diversity Week  the University’s Advancement Office announces the Vice-Chancellor's Alumni Equity and Diversity Award.

This award is in recognition of UQ alumni whose efforts have championed the equitable and inclusive treatment of under-represented groups throughout Queensland, Australia or overseas.

The University of Queensland takes great care to ensure equity and diversity are at the forefront of its activities both on campus and in the broader community. In keeping with this premise, the Vice-Chancellor’s Alumni Equity and Diversity Award acknowledges the successes our alumni have achieved in advocating equity and diversity throughout Australia and around the world.
