  • Advancement Planning Calendar

  • Data Support Requests. Use a Data Support Request (pdf, 99 kb) to request alumni or donor reports or mailing lists.
     
  • Constituent Information and Privacy Guidelines. The Advancement Office's Constituent Information, Privacy and Anonymity Guidelines (pdf, 92 kb) outline rules for collecting, recording, using and protecting constituent information and describe the responsibilities of UQ staff who have access to this information. 
     
  • Raiser's Edge Access Request. Complete and submit a Raiser's Edge Access Request (pdf, 64 kb) to request access to The Raiser's Edge (RE), the University's advancement database. Instructions for completing the request are included on Page one.
     
  • Request for Research Services. Complete and submit a Request for Prospect Research (doc, 43 kb) to request prospect research services. Completed forms can be mailed or emailed to the Advancement Office.
     
  • Contact Report. Use a Contact Report (doc, 136 kb) to record and report details of a contact. Staff without RE access can email completed Contact Reports to advancement.office@uq.edu.au.
     
  • Fundraising Appeals. The Advancement Office coordinates fundraising appeals. This Fundraising Proposal Template (doc, 103 kb) may assist units with proposed fundraising activities.
