Throughout its history, the University has benefited from the support of its alumni and friends to augment government funding and maintain the quality of its staff, programs and facilities. You can add your support in numerous ways. Philanthropic funding has been a major driver in making UQ the world-class research and teaching centre it is today and will be essential to the University as it continues to strive toward excellence and innovation in years to come. Likewise, other kinds of support, such as organ donation, are also vital for UQ's future. In whichever way you choose to support UQ, you help the University maintain and develop as a place where ground-breaking research and excellent teaching occurs.
